If you want to participate in how our community is operated, or have a concern or question, please come to the monthly Board Meeting. This meeting is now held on the 2nd TUESDAY of each month. There is a drawing at the end of each meeting, to win a $25 gas card. We appreciate all the support and feedback we receive from each of you. At the end of October, we placed warning notices on several vehicles in each of the parking lots, that were illegally parked.  Most of these were parking in the lot without a parking sticker. 

To prevent being fined or having your vehicle towed, please request a parking sticker and place it in a viewable window, preferably the rear windshield.  The stickers are $5 and can be requested by contacting Lil. 

Please remember the parking policies and rules:

• Parking within the gated areas of the complex is limited to two vehicles per unit.
• Each unit is allowed one covered parking stall, and these are assigned by unit. 
• Each unit is allowed one uncovered parking stall.  You may park in any uncovered stall within the gated area, they are not assigned in any manner.
• Any additional vehicles beyond the 2 allowed must utilize street parking, outside the gated areas.
• Red zones in the gated areas are NO PARKING. 
• Guests must park on the street, outside the gated parking areas.
• There is an Accessible Parking stall in each parking lot.  Please do not park in these unless you have a State-issued accessible parking license plate or placard.
• Cars with expired state registration may only be parked in your assigned covered parking stall.  You must have a parking sticker for a vehicle with this status.
• RV’s and Trailers are not allowed inside the gated parking area.
• Any violation can result in fines of $50-100 or towing of the vehicle at your own expense.
