Members of the Wood Crest Home Owners Association Board of Trustees serve us all. This is not a paid position and they all appreciate any help that you in the community can give them. The Board has hired three employees that should take care of the day to day aspects of living around here and even minor emergencies during daytime hours. Lil is our off-site Manager and can be contacted by phone or through email. She directs emergencies to either board members or one of our other two employees.
Contact her if:
- A disaster happens such as a clogged pipe or water leak during the day
- You have problems with your bill or other data information
- You need a parking sticker, remote, or storage unit locker
- You need to rent the clubhouse
- You see a mess in a common area that needs attention
- You see someone defacing Wood Crest Property
Board members should be contacted if
- There is a damage causing emergency which happens when Lil is not available.
- A gate is broken and will not let you out when you need to. (See also WTDI Broken Gate)
Example:
You notice that someone has allowed their pet to defecate inside one of the buildings on a weekend.
What to do:
First treat it like you would if this were your own house. Grab some paper towels a bag and clean it up the best you can. This is not fun but consider it a contribution to our community. If you don’t have time you can skip to contacting Lil. Next Contact Lil and tell her about the problem if she is available. If she is not available find a board member (remember this is not their fault) and help them clean up the situation.
Remember that we all live in a community together. We need everyones help to keep the common areas clean and neat. Simply complaining about every problem does not help. Be respectful and helpful.
Sincerely,
Bryce Hill HOA President
