    If Hoa fee for a one bedroom is $110, how come my bill is for $159.00 I know twenty dollars is internet, $10.00 is a special fee Where does the other $29.99 go

    This is a great question. The remaining money pays for the group rate gas that we all get. It is the same each month because we are on a 12 month equipay plan.
