The Board has adopted a policy for replacing Unit front doors. This helps keep the community looking consistent while still allowing owners some choice.
Please keep the following in mind if you replace your door:
Cost: The owner is responsible for the full cost of the new door and installation.
Door type: The replacement must be an exterior-rated door with a single panel.
Door color: The door must be painted one of these two colors:
Hunt Club (SW 6468)
Latte (SW 6108)
Paint from any brand is fine as long as it matches one of these colors.
Hardware: Owners may choose any doorknob or lock they prefer.
Kickplate: Owners may add a kickplate, and it should match the color or finish of the door hardware.
